I have a desync solution that helped me almost completely stop all of the desyncs I had;
1) Change Ini file #1:
(your drive) C:\Users\(whatever your pc username is)\Documents\my games\Company of Heroes Relaunch.
Open and modify "Local.ini" to direct x9 from any other, it should read:
screendevice=DirectX9 rendering device
2) Change Ini file #2:
In the game folder where you have installed blitzkrieg mod find the "RelicCOH.ini" file and modify it in the following way;
Change the below line to read:
screendevice=DirectX9 rendering device
AND change the below line to read:
MaxTimeoutBeforeDisconnect = 999999999
3) Change Startup;
In the game folder where you have blitzkrieg mod find "Blitzkrieg Launcher.exe".
Right click to enter properties change the compatibility mode to windows 7.
4) Load you game and I hope this works for you too.
