Win 10 and Dx12 issue

I have problem running CoH properly on windows 10. I can't downgrade direct x on the lower version and I think there is the problem.
I have direct X 12. Any solution?

Don't use "Ultra settings" in the game options. Ultra settings use DX10 (or maybe higher version if available) and even the vanilla game has never worked correctly with that. Set it to the second highest option - you won't notice the difference anyway

got "application blocked from accessing graphic hardware" error sometimes.
tried disable full screen optimisation and run in windows 7 compatibility mode. drivers are updated.
still getting this but now much less after win7 compatibility set.
