Worldbuilder folder location errors

Morning all,
Apologies if this has been asked before, but is there an easy fix for the issue of Worldbuilder still trying to find the folders for the old, non-steam, version of the game? I know I can just create the folders it wants, and then manually move the files around, but it's a pain.
