I'm not sure whether you store cookies or anything similar. I did not work myself into the regulation yet because I am in the middle of my exams. Depending on whether this server is hosted in the EU, which I don't know because of the .net, and depending on whether you do any of the things told in the regulation, like storing cookies, you have to display a warning banner or else you might run into problems; especially considering the hordes of lawyers that just wait to sue the shit out of everyone who has not put something like this in until May, 25th of 2018.
Just a headsup - maybe it is not needed!
