Thoughts on it:

So far, I barely notice the changes for the Tiger. It comes out a little sooner, which is nice. But ultimately it still doesn't feel spammable as it still costs a buncha fuel. Kwok and I held out valiantly, but unfortunately Mencius is a crazy man and I am shit at dealing with dug in 17lbers.
