Infantry cost

some infantry cost changes. Its also aiming in the direction to reduce arty use such as the arty topic and pak/vehicle topic.


- CW inf section build cost: - 35 mp (when grens get cheaper idk why brits should not as well)
- CW sapper build cost: - 50 MP (CW has only this 315 mp sappers for repairs and minesweepers and to build and repair buildings. No base buildings etc that can upgrade repair station. And as they die fast to anything later but neccessary to repair tanks etc and to find sd2 bombs CW often runs out of MP just to get enough sappers for all these jobs)
- CW sten commandos: - 50 MP build cost, -2 mp reinforce cost. Enfields keep as they are
- CW combat sappers: - 75 MP build cost
- PE Heavy assault Grenadiers: - 35 MP build cost.
