British Sappers Flamethrower Cost
Why does the flamethrower upgrade for the British Sappers cost 65 munition? Is the British flamethrower different from the US Engineers or German Pioneer flamethrower, which both cost 45 munition?

Only reason I can think of is that sappers are beefier than engineers, but thats a pretty lame reason if that's actually why the difference exists.
