There are quite many light vehicles and squishy halftracks that cost a lot of fuel. Often 30-35 fuel which us just slightly less than some tanks.

I think having a max fuel cost for such vehicle or 30 would be enough. Many people stay away from greater vehicle use because it delays the tec towards tanks by a lot.

Def doc has quite many HT with 35 fuel cost for instance. Would be nice when we could drop the cost down to about 20-25 in average with only very few costing 30 fuel.

Agreed, although I'd go as far as saying 10-25 for most vehicles. Most generally die in one hit from medium AT or inf AT, and wheeled vehicle pathing in BK is dogshit so you can't really abuse their mobility the same way you can in vanilla. This isn't a WW1 mod, inf should have ready access to vehicles for transport/fire-support unless they are behind enemy lines. Tanks can arguably cost more because they only really need recon support to be effective due to their overwhelming firepower, thus making them much more independent, but inf in BK are pretty much fucked unless they get magic buffs from doctrine trees or they sit in static cover.

Tanks should be monstrously effective in terms of offensive capabilities, but cost a lot even for something like a sherman or Pz3. Vehicles should not cost much at all, as they are there to transport/protect the infantry. Inf shouldn't always have to be running around on foot, transports and supporting vehicles should be readily available without significant impact on tech.

I would like to add that the light vehicle prices become very difficult to justify for U.S. Armor doc after the "cheaper Shermans" CP ability is unlocked.

Price of M4 Sherman: 350 MP and 30 Fuel

Price of M15A1 Gun Halftrack: 375 MP and 30 Fuel (after tank depot upgraded production, becomes 345 MP and 30 Fuel)
Price of M8 Greyhound: 330 MP and 30 Fuel (after tank depot upgraded production, becomes 300 MP and 25 Fuel)
Price of M24 Chaffee: 400 MP and 35 Fuel (after tank depot upgraded production, becomes 370 MP and 30 Fuel)
Price of M5 Stuart: 340 MP and 30 Fuel (after tank depot upgraded production, becomes 315 MP and 30 Fuel)

The cost-effectiveness of any of these light vehicles is questionable when a Sherman tank costs nearly the same amount of resources. For example, the Chaffee costs more than the Sherman (after the CP unlock), even after the Tank Depot upgraded production.
