I like the changes, i don't know about the new pen boost against L/70 needs further testing, but since TD are supposed to fight on cammo those would just oneshots any sherman variant anyway.
I would suggest to have in mind some price reductions for:
Any Marder variant - 350 MP/40 Fuel (From 360 MP/40 Fuel)
(Sd.Kfz. 162) - 450MP/55 Fuel (From 500 MP/ 60Fuel)
And make every faction start with the same amount of res please.

I would personally drop Marder variants to 330mp/35f, but I am agree

I would love to see that JP4/48 fuel costs drops to 45-50. For 60 fuel or 55 it's just zero point for waste so much fuel for this if u can spend just +20 fuel to buy much-much stronger unit like JP4/70, that have more stronger armor and best 75mm gun.
And one more point for lower costs of JP4/48: just look at your tech line - your first PE SPG - Marder - costs only 35-40 fuel. And then u must somehow jump to units, that costs more than 60 fuel. And at this point, where u already have some Marders, your fuel income also lowered coz of armor penalties.
PE strongly need something, that costs same as WH Stug3/4

I would rather that their armor keeps its strength, and not having to drop their cost to compensate the nerf.. as Hawks recently mentioned on the other topic; they feel more like M10 now but also without mobility!
