Its not just that.

Units like scott, chaffe and stuart use the "Stuart TT" while M20 and Greyhound use "Greyhound TT".
The problem is that the 37 mm AT gun has its damaged multiplied by 5 when shooting against stuart, but only 3.5 when shooting against Greyhound. (Thats a common problem btw. AT guns deal more damage vs tanks as against vehicles.)

The medium AT has its damaged multiplied by 4 vs Greyhound and 5 vs stuart.

So at first i list the HP of the vehicles:

Scott/Stuart: 350
Chaffe: 400

M20: 250
Greyhound: 300


37 mm damage vs Stuart armor type: 200-250
37 mm damage vs Greyhound armor type: 140-175



50 mm damage vs Stuart armor type: 250-400
50 mm damage vs Greyhound armor type: 200-320


That means the vehicles like the greyhound can resist penetration hits way better than the light tanks.
But as said, its a general issue when it come to damage vs vehicles and damage vs tanks.

It is a lot more likely that a 50 mm will oneshot a stuart as it oneshots a greyhound.




We also dont have a chaffe armor type. The only thing we can do is to add a received pen modifier for the chaffe.



But in general i agree with all your suggestions.
I think the stuart should not require the motorpool upgrade and thus being earlier avaialble than chaffe.
But these units should not be reward units.
