Brit Commandos retreat point.

For now all commando units can only retreat to "nearest HQ" (in fact it's only Command Truck), or to commando glider (until destroyed).
I would like to have one more option - "retreat to commando captain". Alternatively commando captain could get "set retreat point" option (similar to Axis officer).

I'v got another suggestion about it - make gliders cheaper, but without starting units.
