Pershings STILL Take FING Forever to Shoot

Look at the last minute of replay 2 Pershings v 2 Tigers. Sure, I didn't play that well, but that last engagement my Pershing didn't shoot the Tiger when it should have gotten the last shot off and won that engagement.
