Playing allies on narrow maps is pointless - you're just gonna get angry and hate this mod.

kwok gains more fans. But i agree. With the whole flanking meta on allies there is nothing you can do on narrow maps. Maybe rush early arty and hope to break the defenses. But after that it's gg.

it's a lie, the allies can be as strong as the axis in narrow maps, just for this kind of comments, I uploaded two repetitions to the forum ... you can see them if you want

Lol it isn’t gaining fans, it’s people recognizing the truth.
As for mg42s, it isn’t about not being able to deal with them that’s the problem. It’s the fact that the game turns into Rock Paper Scissors. Narrow map: axis does mg42 then allies must do mortar. If allies do mortar, axis must do basic inf. If axis do basic inf then allies must do basic inf. If allies does basic inf then axis must to mg42.
Sorry, when I play company of heroes I want positioning, tactics, and strategy to win the game, not choosing a unit and hoping that I chose the right counter.

I'll caveat that I could change my mind if we have high resources.
High resources + narrow map = I hate myself.
I know, I know. Git gud. And I'm really rusty since I haven't played consistently in a while.
