AB 101st Recoilless rifle bug

When the ab squad see's an enemy vehicle, it takes them 3 seconds JUST TO START AIMING THEIR GUN. Then you've got the additional +3 seconds delay from bazooka's when they do actually aim rendering the recoil-less rifle from the 101st squad utterly USELESS. If this is not a bug (wouldn't be surprised) then congrats, game is balanced

Hotchkiss is not fixed too, when will be hotfix for it?

I asked about Hotchkiss bug that keeps ruining usual people's games... After hard work I meet people playing PE, that I hope won't abuse me with Hotkisses again... Why no hotfix? Are you ignoring me?

what is wrong with hotchkiss? now it has less speed and rockets later available.

It's only in Beta, but usual version is still not fixed

Play the beta so it could be approved into the usual environment. They’ve said this multiple times already.

I reacted to the original post which is actually connected to the topic of the post. Your question is off-topic and actually answered already - Hotchkiss is changed in the beta. It was actually changed in the first beta (more than a month ago) but we were waiting for a feedback from players who played the beta. There was almost none feedback so the beta was not released as official.

Long story short - not enough feedback on beta means no official release. So to answer your question "Why no hotfix?" - not enough people played the beta, so we could not know if the changes actually solved the problem and so there was not point in releasing any "hotfix".

If people would play beta more often, that would be nice.

I was sitting alone in a game last night and nobody was in beta. Two nights ago erich was looking in beta... and nobody was on there.
At the end i had to play against bots. Didnt encounter any bugs.
I played AB to test the armored jeep (nice that it got usefull now) and had a 101st deployed with rl. They aimed and shot as supposed. No bugs here.

No kwok, you don't understand, Hotchkiss is breaking the game, so it should be fixed ASAP, not like running from main version to Beta.
This is main problem that should be fixed at least in few days, not just waiting for a HUGE but nice pach.

Same. Only what I can arrange is 1v1 game on beta, anything more is problematic

You don't understand it either. If we release patches without testing, then it leads to more problems especially in cases like the Hotchkiss. Hotchkiss is not something that can be fixed like "oh, just change this number from X to Y and everything will be cool". Some people said that Hotchkiss dealt too much damage (which made no sense because damage was not touched, maybe except for diract hits), some said that the it needs more spread, some that it needs to have the rockets later, some that it needs to be slower, some that the barrage should cost more. What would you do with it? Change all five things and release it? What if it is lowered too little? People will cry that nothing changed, and you will need to change it again. What if you nerf it too much? People will cry that the unit is useless and you will need to change it again. What if it is not needed to change all five things but only some of them? Which ones? How much?
So this is what the beta branch should do - test the changes so that the "usual" version works well. Because if you release a usual version with problems, people cry like crazy. But as it seems, people cry like crazy when usual version is bugged but don't do crap to help releasing unbugged version :roll:

I suggest to replace it with standart rocket launcher for Tank Hunter doc immiedietly then to not let people masses suffer

What is a standard rocket launcher for you?
Just asking bc there are numerous rocket launchers in all calibres....

150, 210, 280, 3xx germans had tons of different launchers so idk what the standard is.

I don't know the caliber, but it was in Luft doctrine and in vcoh.
If you could do this, it would be some what a stop gap, until beta patch comes

thats too much work just for a stop gap i think and not worth the effort to add a "placeholder".

Its the 150 mm nebelwerfer what you are looking for. We would have to remove hotchkiss or its upgrade and add the nebel just for a stop gap.
