basically all weapons have slight suppression values, even coaxial and hull mgs. How quick a unit gets suppressed depends on the kind of unit, the weapon suppression values and rate of fire.

Pios and engis can be suppressed relatively easily. I could check weapon by weapon which has at least a very minimum of suppression. Perhaps even the captains revolver has a suppression.
