Adding smoke barrage to all mortars

I was wondering if it was possible to add smoke barrage to all mortars: I'm not sure but probably only mortar halftracks of US and WH factions and CW mortar pit are lacking it right now, and i think that wouldn't really break balance to give it to them (since pretty much nobody is using smoke anyway), while maybe it could make more people curious and willing to try smoke in different game situations.
