WH Blitz Stormtroopers

I never noticed until the other night that the basic stormtroopers have two different costs depending on if you call them in from off map or build them from the HT. Is it suppose to be that way?

Yes, 450 MP from off-map and 400 MP from the HT.

Yes, the call-in squad is more expensive because when you click with the ability on a building (must not be in FoW) they will spawn in the building, so they don't need to travel from the edge of map to the point and so they can be available faster.
