Idea provided by Andrusha - what if def doc engeniers would have an instant critical damage repair ability (fix broken truck or engine in lets say 5 secs). It is not a big deal to immobolize an axis heavy tank, and vehicle is pretty much dead as soon as its engine\truck is broken. This will make axis life a bit more easy.

Which downside will axis big tanks have then? And what about allies? Armor doc has an unit which pretty much only use is repairing which can't do this, CW pays 75ammo to have advanced repairs and still can't do this , and they still have big expansive tanks (SP buildable only once) which could suffer the same "immobilized=dead" problem.
You're saying "make axis tanks easy and fast to repair so axis life will be easier", but i don't know how this could be a balanced change...

Unfortunately I don't think it is possible to do. Repairing of the critical damage seems to be globally fixed for every repair-capable unit.
