I am hosting a MILISIM (military simulation) arrangement and need to translate the following into german:

Hello Zobel! KSO are very welcome to attend this event
Be sure to check out this topic regularly to see when the register opens. We might have to set a participation limit if the number of NATO players who wants to attend are too high (it's a small area).

Just a question, this seems to me like you would launch an Airsoft event, am I right?

That is absolutely correct.

But not regular airsoft. We have special rules and special permits from the authorities to these MILSIM events.

Cool thing, I'm a passionate Airsoft player myself (together with my team ~ 8 players)

everything is very strict, lol. It has pros and cons^^.

Indeed they are. It's nearly impossible to play legally in Germany, therefore we normally drive to the Czech Republic to play.

We are from Denmark. All players are organized in a national MILISIM union, and all members can host games via the union. The union will then cover any financial losses (or cash Inn any profit made) related to the event. Also, the union has an insurance for 3th person ; civilians and the like who accidentally could end up in the terrain and risk injury. All events have to be covered with this kind of insurance, there's no way getting around that.
Normally we rent terrain from the Royal Army - including the Army's training terrain for urban combat, it's basically a whole city with city hall, sewers, roads and everything.

I've attached a short summit of the rules regarding BB velocity / joule.

We expect the event to take place approximately November the 7th. The exact date may change. This has to do with the owner and hunting season.

I knew that Denmark was way cooler regarding Airsoft laws but what you told me simply gave me the biggest boner I ever had.

But ok, you use "too strong" airsofts for us. The Maximum to play after german rules is 2 joule. Alsoyou are free to choose any wepaon you want, therefore nearly nobody from us uses your suggested weapons. (I for example use a Stg44 )

Das Event wird um den 7. November stattfinden. Das genaue Datum könnte sich noch ändern, abhängig vom Besitzer und der Jagdsaison.

The majority of MILSIM events in Denmark are held at the Jutland peninsular - this particular one, set to November is one of few exceptions. It is held at Western Sealand.

The different events will often have specific criteria regarding weaponry, camouflage pattern, and personal protection, like vest and helmet. Sometimes one of the factions is rebels / militia, and the criterias are a bit more loose.
We also have special rules regarding "deaths", spawn time, vehicles, handling of weapons etc. An example here could be that ordinary riflemen (AK, M4, G38 etc) can only shoot semi. Support weapons can utilize automatic fire but can only be operated from a prone or supported firing position. Marksmen are only allowed to have one BB in the air at a time - does this make sense to you? You are not allowed to speed tap a semi automatic sniper rifle. We usually play a minimum of 24 hrs and players are considered in-game the whole time, except while bagged in his sleeping bag - at all other times a person must wear safety goggles or fragmentation glasses.

This is simply the airsoft heaven...
