Go to your steam folder (c:\program files\steam), rightclick the steam.exe and select properties.
Under compatibility tick the box wich says run as administrator. This should always run steam as admin.

Wich doc you used? You really called it from the correct squard? It's under special abilities, that will expand the menu.

For me this sounds more like a problem with DirectX or old drivers, since other games don't start too.

Hey, what exactly do you mean with saved games? Replays or campaign? Or simple AI matches? When you end the game, does nothing work anymore? Can you still start the task manager, or even better, cmd.exe? If this happens, try to press windows button + R and enter 'taskmgr.exe', maybe you can start it...

Alsace Moselle - often just crashes, maybe every second game or even more often
Lyon 2vs2 and 3vs3 - desyncs really often, almost always in AI matches and maybe every 3rd PvP game

Try deleting your settings and other temp files. Go to 'C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes Relaunch' and delete the whole folder. That sounds like you desynced. That often happens in AI matches, but sometimes in normal PvP battles too. Try lowering your settings on all computers to prevent FPS drops, maybe that helps. I'm still investigating this issue, but for now you should avoid playing AI matches with too hard AIs or bigge...

He 1v1'ed me and lost, even with teleporting. They are still noobs and completely helpless without teleport.

I really loved the 109's, but didn't played planes for 1 year now I think. Most 109's can be upgraded with additional 20mm cannons and other ammo types, almost onehit every plane with it Tanks are really weird sometimes - survived serval hits with a PZ4 H but get 1-hit with a Tiger 2 H or a Panther....

Thats only possible outside of buildings, but you don't need any cover and can camouflage them anywhere.

If it's inside a building it will camouflage itself and shoots automatically at any enemy in range, there is no way to prevent that.
