Restart is NOT because of nvidia control panel but because of the difference between when COH is run first time after restart or not. There is slight difference, second run feels smoother (maybe because of asset loading that is already in RAM). So it is NOT the same. I never said that it gave you 90...

I'd recommend to just uninstall everything BK related.
Try vanilla coh - test it ingame
Then install 4.8.6 Full - test it ingame
Install 4.9.5 Patch - test it ingame
Install mappack - test it ingame

We can however look at what abilities are there on the slots where hold fire should be and think about if some of them are needed etc.

You mean it does not autoatack, but you can force it to attack or that it cant attack even when you want to?
It was wanted feature and was added before, now it was added to more TDs which dont have hold fire button. In order to not fire to distant tanks / unwanted tanks.

Generally the latest patch contains most bugfixes and best balance.
