If you don't like some changes you can always say it in a polite way, preferably using constructive criticism (so saying why you don't like it and what in your opinion would have been better solution/approach). The effectiveness of flamethrowers against vehicles and tanks has not been changed, so they are not more or less effective against them than they used to be in previous versions. On the other hand the tanks now have at least somewhat functional hull and coaxial MGs - they still suck against infantry...

Basic reload speed is between 6,5 and 7,5 seconds, each veterancy level lowers it by x0,9 so with Vet level 4, the average reload time is 4.59 seconds.
