It is a trick to fix some problem with win 10. You just have to find RelicCoh.exe in the main game library, then right click on propriety. Here click on compatibility tab. Then click on disable full screen optimisation.

Well for OC forget it. If information is not so usefull because today any people who buy a K do it in order to overclock, the information is not harmful either.

For the core of original poster question I can suggest. Make fallsschirm unarmed. anyway you cant give them order before the whole squad have landed. Include in the sbps squad an upgrade to give them weapons, 6x fg 42 for exemple. Upgrade would be for free. Upgrade time will be the time you wish for...

With last details you gave, I also agree it is more a steam coh issue than a bk one.
Also maps like Trainz are not know to have serious pathfinding issue to explain lag.

It is fairly possible to have a biased but balanced game. BK have improved a lot for balance, but still have in its genetic the trait ; all that is german is better.
