Regarding the GrB39... Another thing we thought about was damage output. I'd keep the RoF and range but I'd nerf the damage - against light tanks at least. Stuarts, Chaffees, etc. all those should not be 2 hit. I'd say 3 hits are fine, gives you reaction time to retreat the unit when 2 squads shoot...

I disagree with the disagreement. Flamethrowers were used primarily by pioneer / combat engineer units as they were supposed to open blocked routes and clear enemy fortifications. Thats weird. Its like weapon upgrade + combat package (like armored clothers, better training etc). Right now we have usually weapon upgrades (including ammo) and upgrades that give passive boosts like skirts. This would be the first upgrade that does all of that. Currently only low HP units have flamethrowers. Even the assault pioneers from PE have HP arround that what Volks have, and i rarely use volks for close combat. Reinforce is in sbps and in percentage. Like when a squad costs 300 MP and has 3 men (so one costs 100 MP in ebps) and 0.5 reinforce cost, then one men costs 50 MP. trust me, the arty is good enough to bash emplacments, even better. Damage in center of the explosion got upped, range reduced to prevent "from base spam" and nobrainer.
