Well I wouldn't consider mortars to be basebombing, maybe excpet for the heavy ones from RA and SE. Mortars have a very limited range, so if I can hit your base, it's your own fault. Also they don't deal to much damage to the buildings, so you still got time to react. Otherwise I don't use base arty...

Yep mines are pretty useles sometimes... 1. Specialised mines if possible. Best would be to have some mines pure anti inf and cheap, maybe some against inf and certain vehicles and some mines pure anti tank that kill vehicles right away. But we should stop with "mines against everything". ...

Atm is a great disbalance, as RAF has only one doc to build Snipers and with this bug PE is capable of doing it all three.

The problem is not the KT in my eyes. It's a powerfull unit that's nearly undestroyable by handheld AT and therefore completely immune to Inf. Also vs tanks it's very good. Of course Allies havies can kill it, but there's also a shitload of tanks that can't (Churchill, Cromwell, M4, M5...). Next poi...
