So this is the glorious Kwok's idea of "Let's play bigger maps, so good". All I see is boring WW1 battle, everybody sitting in trenches behind wall of AT guns and spamming arty into enemy trenches, then huraaaa with inf, retreat, repeat.

Imo, flank speed doesn't fit the gameplay. Tank/vehicle speed and acceleration should be balanced carefully to fit their role and weight out other specs like armor, firepower, price. It is simply given by the realistic nature of BK mod. Realistic damage, big ranges. Heavy cover is super effective and so many units can build sandbags/trenches out of thin air. You mentioned +1 in the paragraph about crawling AT. And +1 favors the crawlers not the victim. Moving over bigger distances takes more time, yes, that's why I said Puma and cars. They are freaking fast so unless you play 1v1 on 4v4 (even though they are sill gonna cover half of the map very quickly...
