Ok. Define in the most definitive terms, what is map control superiority, vast resource income/constrained resource income. Is it 80% map control? Is it all points captured up to enemy base? Can I just straight attack a base without controlling the entire map with just tanks or a surge of infantry? ...

true about mg42, which is why i said easier said than done. puma has longer range than bazooka. plus you had nebels on the craters almost always, you shouldnt be worried about ambush. if you are,then why don't you put recons/auflkauer? why did you make SO MANY NEBELS? you only make grenadiers, man. ...

So I've also been bombed by calliope plenty of times. Offmap armor/LT/observer call ins, mortar call ins, etc. Do those count as basebombing?

I watched the replay. Use armored cars and forced retreat in combination with your arty. I don't think you needed 3, your 2 nebels was enough to send him home every time. This is all talk as if you were using mortar to counter mortar. Rather than thinking of it as a counter, why not think of it as a tool? If you're afraid of being barraged, then just relocate. 4 games with the same team is meant to make sure all perspectives are played by each team.
Besides... It's not too different than most games today anyways... same players. same teams. same map. every time. This time it's for points is all.

I'm not sure, but I think resources are linked to Ai difficulty. AI tactics/methods/playstyle doesn't change. It only gets "harder" by spamming more.
That being said, I think "normal" AI is equivalent to just normal resources.

The tiers will most likely be based on total # games played per team. There is nothing to stop anyone from playing higher tiers, but maxes on lower tiers. Easiest hard counter to bike spam is 2 jeeps. Like what warhawks says, you gain a lot of map control and takes less micro than 3 rifles. But, you trade off in capping power. 2 jeep start works well against Axis inf only starts too. If axis don't make a pak, it's hard for axis to take the early game....

But, I never use KT so. What do I know? I pref just one OP panther any day. I slayed a fully vetted SP with 2 (one fresh one semi vetted) panthers no problem, not even taking a loss. I feel I could do the same if I switched my one panther with a set of axis units i'd normally have anyways.
