i think storms are fine like they are.......if you remove or limit shreck upgrade, doctrine will have much less anti tank infantry.....and you dont need to crawl with shreck.....allies used to crawl with marine commandos after they pick up sas bazookas, but now the bazookas dont come in packages so ...
