Re: few ideas & suggestions
Achilles can already penetrate reliably Panthers and tigers with APCR. Higher penetration would mean penetrating KT and JT frontally since those are the only thicker targets remaining. This is what i'm talking about... removing the capabilities of killing cheaper stuff to give it capability to kill ...

Re: few ideas & suggestions
I accused it to be too cost effective and even better than the Jackson obviously because of the HE rounds.. meaning that it counters infantry almost as good as tanks. While the HEAT shells would make it more like an M10 Wolverine but with a faster turret rotation... And I already explained this bef...

Re: few ideas & suggestions
My question was: how do you think should heat behave? I mean, would you like to give this tank more penetration so it would be able to penetrate jadgtiger, kingtiger and elephant frontally with ease? How should theese work in your opinion? If i'm not mistaken, historically speaking, 17 pdrs didn't ...

Re: few ideas & suggestions
If Luft patrol is not too painful for armor, and HE shermans are already more effective than M15s, what's the point of removing the limit on this unit? I think keeping Armor not "all-rounded" and leaving some weaknesses (like not having the best AA) helps keeping the game more collaborativ...

- About the Achilles tank destroyer... I do believe that this tank is actually supposed to have HEAT shells instead of HE rounds, no? How should theese work in your opinion? If i'm not mistaken, historically speaking, 17 pdrs didn't have heat shells, but, in the case they had, those should have eve...

Re: M3/T12 "Autocar".Doc RA
I said that RA is only arty more than plan brits, i didn't say RA is only arty. I'm perfectly aware that basic CW units are very strong, never said otherwise. I'm saying.that if you look at any other doc, they can count on different specializations after choosing the doc (some more, some less). RA t...

Re: M3/T12 "Autocar".Doc RA
I don't really think brits lack a good basic mortar, it's just not really suitable for your kind of indirect-fire harassing playstyle. I know HE shots on autocar is really good now, just i don't think it's really that balance breaking. And RA doc is really ONLY arty more than a plan brit: no inf buf...

I think you can already do what you mention with the "manual commands" for your tanks, just that obliges you to use only that unit with mid-intense micro.

Re: [MAP] - Neuville Revised
Only looked at the preview and it looks very small, center seems to be at 2x mortar range from base sector, and it's not so wide too. Maybe it would be better suitable for 1v1s or 2v2s games at most.

Re: [MAP] - Edit Trunz
This looks great actually.. only problem i saw with this map, apart from the river, was that bases were so close to each other and maybe needed to be relocated. I'll try to test it when you're done and see how it works.
Thanks for putting your efforts in this btw!

Re: M3/T12 "Autocar".Doc RA
I think limiting this unit to 2 would not break the doctrine so much, and i agree HE shots are very good (i've seen them oneshotting Fallshirm squads, so that CAN happen). Just i think it already has to buy HE ammo after it's produced to use both its anti infantry and artillery capabilities, and has...

I already brought this up some time ago, and i mostly agree with you. http://forum.bkmod.net/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2325 This replay basically shows what that squad is capable of: spawn behind enemy lines, quickly sabotage a sector (even when locked down by CW truck) and then die after causing a h...

Re: needing help
It is impossible: I think i already asked this question some time ago, and what we came up with is: Try to capture with high health units, like officers (captain, LT, Haupsturm) or with light vehicles that can do it. When you're trying to do this with an infantry unit, can be officer or normal squad...

Another clown fiesta, enjoy again this fair skilled panzerknacker power.. This time my team made aa( 2 crusaders + base aa) but as i said aa is useless so whats the explanation now? didn't watch the replay yet, but can be: you're so unlucky + aa must be placed somehow decently + when it didn't work...

Re: Blitzkrieg Mod 5.0.0 Patch
Bundles grenades would probably damage to death any trucks... no? when you see a single grenade can do to a jeep. Yeah but then i guess the logic breaks when you see how many pak shots are needed to kill it. I guess the fact that it's a somehow necessary unit for CW gave it some "tactical/stra...

- Significantly increased damage output dealt by Axis 28mm, 37mm and 50mm AT guns vs CW HQ trucks in mobile mode (when the truck is "deployed" the damage remains the same as it was before; change made to prevent crush abuse from CW players in early game) Was playing PE and noticed that na...
