As I understand it the discussion has been so far about HE mode (tank fires HE rounds permanently until switched back to AP) and this does not suffer from this bug or does it? As said on the topic i previously pointed out, it depends on the gun/vehicles. The best example is the case of the stummel....

If a balance problem arose from units becoming too effective, I'd suggest giing the ability cooldown of one or two minutes, so the vehicle is committed to a role for enough time that people have to think of whether changing ammo is the right thing for the situation or not. Well, Hotchkiss is the only PE arty, it is slow as hell It's normal that it is slow as hell... That's a hotchkiss man, a pre war tank. It doesn't need a test! Definitely the WH Schwim is way much better compared to the PE one when it comes to survivability, however that as already mentioned too.. they both just suck so bad vs MGs which is not the case somehow with the Jeep if facing any HMG 42s for some reasons... Plz keep in mind...
