First: "6CP is a lot" is really situational. Second: If you feel you need it, you can unlock it sooner. If you feel other things can help you in a given situation better, you unlock them first. It is question of priorities. On top of that who wants to buff howitzers of allies? Very, very teoretic.....

The entire Topic is about leig 18 dealing extenisve damage against vehicles with its barrage, almost twice as much as the pack howitzer does.
