i builded 3 Hetzer, all getting 1v1 by normal M4 shermans on max range. The penetration chances of 75mm Sherman vs Hetzer are (rounded up) 43/36/28/21%. The ammo upkeep for Hotchkiss is done differently than for other units. If we apply ammo upkeep the same way as for other units, then we will have the situation as it was in 5.3.0 - the Hotchkiss will have ammo upkeep even if it doesn't have the rocket launchers upgraded (which doesn't make sense)....

yes it was the fun mode, but hummel and 210 nebelwerfer still costed only 10 ammo upkeep when hotchkiss costed 20
so i think it will still cost 20 in normal modes too but i didn't try it

it is an overlook i think. even hummel and 210 nebelwerfer cost 10 ammo upkeep.

i think 20 upkeep is a bug.

it should still penetrate all mediums and tank destroyers max range easy......will be harder to use versus heavier tanks which is ok

You need both to have access to Firestorm. It is arty (that's why you need to unlock something from the arty line), but also fire-based weapon (that's why there's the dependancy on incendiary weapons unlock. Reorganizing would break up the whole tree. Moving CPs would also make something else available sooner, which isn't needed in this doc. cant we just have firestorm for 3 command points or does it have to be 5 points ? so no reorganization will be needed and no confusion with unlocking both observat...

Not like it's a super significant issue.. though, why have it like that when you can just re-organize it so it's properly displayed ? actually 5 command points is too much even when rockets increase in density because you still have the red flare......and the player already has the 280 nebelwerfer ...

was testing yesterday with tiger and we came up with this creative idea:

how about we merge firestorm with sector artillery?
so it will be sector artillery (yellow zone) but instead of landing shells....it's landing firestorm rockets

duration = 1 min
price = 125 ammo
command points = 3

axis doctrines are the same? se doctrine unique from defensive doctrine with sabotage abilities and shermans luftwaffe is the most unique axis doctrine of course (obvious why) panzer support has two ways to play so it's unique too defensive is unique with best fortifications and anti tank mines blit...
