I meant if its possible from technical point of view.

So basically, if you unlock SP - all after build Persnings are ACE's.

But current situation makes it for few ways only, its either removing SP (which id go), or removing its 1time call abitility (unit call in is expensive enough to do so).

Id just remove SP/ACE reward ability.

Just make it as Mofeta says, there is basically no point of having that REWARD abiility.

If its possible, ACE should become available after opening SP.

First u create a problem Then u find a way to object it. Without changing pure game concept - changing this unit has no sense. Chaning concept won't happen, i doubt dev's would go for it significantly for least. Within recent game concept, once again, SturmTiger imo, is the one best and logical unit...

Point there was "quantity". Being "twice expensive" in terms of Upkeep, but cheaper in basic cost, that is US concept. PE is different. And if you consider that Manpower difference aint as that high, name me any basic US unit with reinforce price/upkeep 45+? Real game factor here...

My assumption was not false.

I was refering to a ManPower criteria too, and every upgrade there cost it.
It is very funny how he decided to simply count numbers and make plain comparision, though real games are not like that.

I dont personally think, that snipers are best counter to PE blob shit of any kind, but at the same time, some cases it has to be played that way too. (and actually i had same proposition planned to be explained, however i cant recall what stopped me back then..) just to make it clear, i hate sniper...
