Well, I think only the devs can tell you the exact reasons of why.. however, I think if you are able to run the game at maximum graphic settings with ultra textures as well as ultra ground textures, then your game should be looking beautiful enough anyway. The skill difference needed for a CW player to beat an axis player is HUGE. I would like to stand away from such unneeded exaggerations.
