Ok, so you say you installed it already, but this shows the installer running, not the launcher...
What did you try to do?
Does it work if you start the launcher file from the game directory directly?

Hm, that sounds like a windows problem. Can you upload a screenshot of the error message?
I run everything on Win10 without any problems, btw - does your windows user have full privileges (normal account) or is it in any way limited?

Well, that's a nice one. However, aren't the base sectors a little small? Especially for US it could get a little crammy, no?
Also, I like the idea of a 2v2 version of this (for a 1v1 that might be too big though).

Well, it's bad if you walk right into them, but there are ways to prevent that.
Either use Shermans with mine clearing equipent or pioneers with minesweepers to find them, then just shoot them.

The K98 sound is much more realistic than the vanilla one, yes it sounds less powerful but it's a rifle, not a ship cannon...

Yeah, that's what I noticed as well (still watching atm), there's almost no AA effort on the allied team... not surprising that you got your butt handed to you by airstrikes^^ Also, while the map was adequately sized it had a lot of ammo, so the cost was never an issue. At +50 ammo there's not a lot...

Well, semi auto rifles are apparently somewhat strange at the moment, but for the purpose of this rework it should be about the same as the Garand.

What unlock will unlock the stupa or grille?

None. You get them when you reach the required tech level.

Can you make a bug thread please and be specific abut what seems to be bugged with the Elefant TD? That would interest me.

Sticky Bomb should probably get it's crit values adjusted to be more reliable in causing engine or track damage and immobilize; That way it would work as intended.
