I can say that PE could be too rushed with Dingo if they go T1, with pak as counter, as you consider it weak in comparing to AT rifles.
So, you want fixed meta on PE rushing into the tier2 for AT car?

I suggest lowering price of PE armored car as addition, since the CW has the AT boys. Something like 250 and 5 fuel

Actually, I though, if we can lower the cost of AP shells, let's say at least for the towed AT guns, for 15-25 ammunition down? What I wanted to say was that the glitch is the source of the problem, not reload times of the HE or the stock ammo. From the perspective of the opponent it is not as easy to tell that you switched to an ability because they don't see the "(ammo type) loaded" message over the tank. @Mofet...

One thing, I know it's late, but greater cool-down for rifle grenades would be good, since it's was and now spammable. With emplacement hit it would be more even drastic.

Andrusha should have really used RE but RA would have worked, but not the Meta way. He could have made huge usage of officer and arty spotter off map strikes and arty cromwell while having M10 as defense rather than straight Priest rush. Arty doc= Priest, that was the mistake.
