Now that the Unreal Engine 4 is free would it ever be possible to create a BK game on it?

I'm new to the forums but, I just wanted to give a shout-out to the Devs. I LOVE Blitzkrieg Mod... I have been playing this game with my brother and friends for years and years. No other game can really get that itch that BKM can. Thanks for all your hard work Devs, I think you guys kick ass.
