Oh, man.. I don't remember exactly but I have tried to raise all specs but didn't do anything.

I have lowered them quite a bit for multiplayer games.

Dunno if it's just me experiencing that the build queue is invisible in every building?

At first I thought it just didn't register the queue I builded but it did, it just don't show.

About HVAP rounds, yes there was few available - but the allied didn't really have anything else to shoot them at then Panthers and Tigers, so they didn't exactly need to have an abundance. If you compare both grenades thrown by the same guy, at the same distance, the precision of the M24 would be better (maybe not for a person trained exclusively for egg shaped grenades). The stick design was made (nearly) obsolete as projected grenades was more widely spread, rifle grenades, launchers of different types etc. These weapons took on the role for providing explosive power at range you could not throw. M24 could be thrown much further due to weight (nearly 600 gram) and handle. Perhaps, lights grenades (Stielhandgranate 24, Mk.II, Eihandgranate M39) schould be less effective against emplacements and infantry into house (it is not fair, that often one simple grenade kills >50% of squad in BIG and EVEN two-storied house). Have any of you noticed that PAKs have an unusual bad accuracy against jeeps with rocket launcher?
I've played af few games today against AI, and this is a consistent bug. My PAKs only hit jeeps 1/4 times. This is very odd.

That is absolutely correct.

But not regular airsoft. We have special rules and special permits from the authorities to these MILSIM events.

Dug in infantry should be almost impossible to kill with anything else but other infantry men - that would be realistic. You can bombard an area non stop for days.
