Once all tds got reworked not to shoot automatically at all from ambush or even entirely. Ive seen JP´s there that left 3 shermans passing him...

It got reverted back so that it automatically fires from ambush against tanks... i guess this one got forgotten.

Is there even a reason to have the naked/emplaced versions? It seems sort of pointless. That's true, but that's why I would want howitzers costing more.. 400 mp or more for the naked and emplaced versions accordingly. I would make vts always require an unlock, roughly 80 activation range and at least 75 ammo to cost. So making vt worth to use would at least cost 800 mp for the arty uni...

it is not not difficult to reveal camouflaged units, there are other alternatives to reveal units, such as a "bait", or a very crazy massive attack with smoke screen which you can all see coming on the map miles away... then you move your defense back and there can be sd2 in front of it.....

Vampire detects units far earlier on the minimap as any recon can reveal it.

And if you dont know where your enemie is, no arty helps you.

Grenade volley sometimes doesn't work when using hold ground ability. They also have to "run arround/get closer" first. At least I gave up using hold ground for of these abilities to prevent wasting ammo for nothing.

So I would say yes to that question.
