Well, you know where I stand. The issue for me isn't the cromwell balance itself (because I don't think it's a real balance issue) but the fundamental design decision of doctrines.

Accuracy for HE weapons I think don't matter anyways. Most rely on scatter and aoe rather than accuracy. What's the base accuracy for HE units? I think pretty low.

I meant the p4 shot a howitzer gun, it decreed but the gun was untouched. It shot again and bounced off the gun. 88s use a relatively accurate scatter for accuracy btw, so smoking the 88 really doesn't do much except shield your units from supporting defenses. I learned this the hard way.
