If I remember correctly, when SP was added, it was made one-timer only because of "historical" reasons. Since then, dev expressed themselves multiple times that gameplay has much higher priority than historical accuracy, so I don't really see any reason why it should be a one time call-in, when axis...

Vampire spotting poll

My opinon: Ambush, hidden units and spotting is one of the fundamental mechanics of the game/mod and this one just straight up breaks it. It doesn't invoke any gameplay mechanic either, it's a simple as place the unit, press button and you see all (including hidden) enemy units in vast radius.
