- It is still using the VCoH moving accuracy modifier, which is just a 50% cut in accuracy while running around (FG42 has this too but they are being used by elite infantry so they have that excuse). Feel that the kar98 is a bit too strong at close range with its 30dmg. Also makes G43 redundant since KAR has better accuracy and dmg. 60 units is when the infantry start shooting. Tiger has a range of 75 I believe. Dont think here is a real reason to get g43. They do more damage than the KAR, but the KAR has more accuracy. MP44 are still quite good at long range. But to answer your question. It can not be considered a buff in any way since it doubles the time it takes to kill anything. Dont see why Daimler should have it's damage halved and ROF doubled intead of stupid 88mm and 90mm guns.
