hy guys
i have installed coh OF from steam after years ...it used to run without any hiccups but now a pop-up appears telling me to insert disk...but i don't have any disk cause i bought and installed it from steam...

Could it be, perhaps, connected to one of the latest Steam updates in combination with with some personal settings? Yup! That turns out to be the case... Steam recently updated how profiles are displayed.. now someone's "activity" is no longer visible to the public, even if it's set to be...

i tried open launcher in background but same situation. shows online on steam but offline in the game.

why is this update preventing me from showing ingame. i only show up online on steam even if i am playing bk mod Did you close the Bk launcher after running the game? If you close the Bk launcher, people will not see you online in their CoH friends list.. keep the launcher running in the background...

i have steam version but very limited data. around 300mb for now. so will it download whole bk mod of around 2.5gb all again?

do i need to download whole bk mod again to play 5.1.4 patch. i have 5.1.3 mod installed and working good.

ye they will be reset but they are very easy to edit just need corsix

pe has highest cap rate overall.pe has best infantry and its cheaper than other elite infantry of other factions.pe can be very good if starting units are used in good way cause pe has better starting units. its just an error and trial to learn. cause pe is not for beginners.

i think you should take a look on opening orders in general discussion on strategy section. there r also some useful things which you should take a look upon.
EDIT:you should use ASK AN EXPERT section before you post any drawbacks of any unit or faction

i think that he church is among the most dangerous units in the game. no infantry can stand a chance against him. paks are usually 1 or 2 hit kill for him. only solution to it is flank from different sides which is also difficult cause player will retreat or readjust it according to situation.in ear...

in one ht there are grens+tank busters and in other one there r volks+pioners and they all r visible

i want to know that if i change some shortcuts in bk mod(e. g i want to change ctrl +C, A, D to some words)
i can change them but will they be usable in multiplayer pvp games?

one thing i noticed that achilies are too op even without using hit&run ability.

that game went about 2:30 hours and then i left cause opponents also seems to be left

yeah it cause axis ht has 150mm artillery round and allies ht has 105mm artillery round. but axis one is of 50 ammo but allies one is 35 or less ammo.both have same range and there is no effect of docs on mortar hts they are same in every doc

i checked both axis and allies mortar halftrack. they have both same range and abilities. but axis one is more expensive.you can do with alies ones like axis does.

got "application blocked from accessing graphic hardware" error sometimes.
tried disable full screen optimisation and run in windows 7 compatibility mode. drivers are updated.
still getting this but now much less after win7 compatibility set.

read all the way down. can't wait to see effects of changes
