As I said above windowed mode works ok. Seems to run smooth.
And yes went through all the graphics settings as per the Graphics settings and common problems threads.

Ok for some reason in the last week I have been unable to play COH or Blitz due to a low framerate. This starts as soon as I enter the game setup with the background videos stuttering and pausing.
