I have deleted and replaced CoH and BK Mod and when it doesn't install I abort the install, I'm sure its Windows 10 is not allowing the install and I tried Admin install also! With anti-Malware off

A played one game after it installed and tried to log back on the following day and I got a new error saying that windows doesn't recognize the BK app

I made sure there were no BK leftover’s and I disabled my anti-virus software and rebooted my comp, I install BK and I had the same MoveFile failed; code 2, I then removed the CoH (New Steam Version) and reinstalled with steam I also down loaded “BK 5.0 Full Release” from the BK Mod DB, After Instal...

Integrity check good, and I’m still having the same issue also I have reinstalled COH and BK Mod several times

Installing BK 5.0 on win 10, “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Company of Heroes Relaunch” and I’m getting "An error occurred while trying to rename a file the destination directory: MoveFile failed; code 2. the system cannot find the file specified"
