Not "disable". I'm saying that "reinforce in combat" is one of the intended advantages of paratrooper squads. Some doctrines got the option to reinforce infantry in combat around some tanks - those are docs that don't have some super strong infantry, so I would say that is still OK. What you're ask...

What does it mean? The HT would be static but infantry could use the "Reinforce" button fartrher away from it? This is an idea suggestion on making Halftracks a little more interesting by adding an hability that locks the halftrack in place this gives the unit a boost range for infantry to reinforce.

Gameplay feature, easier use of mixed arms since infantry die fast, still would like halftracks and other dedicated units that do this, to have somekind of hability to lock-in place doubling his reinforcment range or even to an extend to make the whole territory he is located a reinforcement position.

I think you should connect Gebirs to the Haupt, because as you mentioned they don't reinfoce via air anymore. Why are certain people upset with this suggestion though? I would only agree on adding way more barrage cool-down time to every arty unit. Latest changes didn't help at all on making the game less arty related.
Also the anti-emplacement units such as stuh-stupah-scott-sherman105 still cant shot at ungarrisoned defensive emplacements, please fix.

Same buffs apply to Assault grens and they have double G43, MP44 and also LMG upgrades. If you want a stronger combat squad, use Assault Grens. If you want more spammy infantry, get the PGrens. I mean its just sad that they get x1 upgrade and only get two ghewers per 50 ammo. :/ Maybe a grenade lau...

Are the pz greens wich have a lot of buffs trough the doc only able to buy 2 ghewers for 50 ammo, thats pretty lame. Why dont give them a little more weapon upgrades , such as maybe more ghewers, mp40, mp44 or maybe even panzereks once you unlock AT support ?

I mean, i would only suggest to remove the range buff on cammoed units mostly because they will always shoot you first even when you reveal them with the spotter some units like the stug can get a insane range with it.
